Chocolate Orange Sticks memories... My grandparents lived in
Chicago, IL and we lived in San Jose, CA. My grandfather worked for
Southern Pacific Railroad, so they would take the train to visit us.
Chocolate orange sticks were served as an after dinner candy on the
train. My grandmother would save them and give them us when she
arrived.
That was over 50 years ago and to this day, whenever I eat a
chocolate orange stick, I think of my grandmother and remember all
the good times I had when my grandparents visited us, but mostly I
remember eating Chocolate orange sticks. They are still a big
